Billing dispute with Choice Community Consultants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1859-ZZO-6787 placed with Choice Community Consultants on January 10, 1973. I paid $807.34 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Remington M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
