I have been a loyal customer of Smart-Sys for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9853-EJQ-1559) on July 5, 1992, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
