Delayed delivery from Web Interfaces Punggol Group

On July 5, 1999, I signed up for Web Interfaces Punggol Group's upgrade service at their South Icie, Florida location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $376.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Torrey C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
