On October 14, 1987, I signed up for PrimePhysicians's customer support at their Port Guillermoside, New York location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $728.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Easter L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
