Frustrated with ByteRobo's lack of response

On May 20, 1991, I signed up for ByteRobo's delivery service at their Marianhaven, Florida location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $851.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Travon T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
