On February 14, 2004, I signed up for ByteRobo's support package at their Emeryfort, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $215.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bret G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
