ByteRobo failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with ByteRobo's tool that I purchased on April 13, 1974 from your North Dolly, Oregon store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Henderson P., but my issue remains unresolved.
