I have been a loyal customer of Ultra App for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-4917-OKX-7558) on September 23, 2007, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
