Warranty claim denied by BotVirtual

On June 19, 2023, I signed up for BotVirtual's installation service at their Yosthaven, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $801.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tanya P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
