Poor customer service experience with BotVirtual

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7761-LJD-8493 placed with BotVirtual on April 17, 2010. I paid $951.69 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Montana G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
