Poor customer service experience with BotVirtual

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7238-NOX-6912 placed with BotVirtual on September 8, 1993. I paid $828.83 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isaiah V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
