I purchased a platform from Haus Group Ltd. on January 16, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dario H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
