False promises made by Market World Belfast representative

I want to report a serious concern with Market World Belfast's system that I purchased on July 31, 1996 from your Mohrbury, Montana store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Torey U., but my issue remains unresolved.
