Unsatisfactory resolution from Modern Estates Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6388-QXT-3708 placed with Modern Estates Group on April 6, 1999. I paid $431.4 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Florine A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
