Warranty claim denied by Modern Estates Group

I purchased a account from Modern Estates Group on May 24, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hubert K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
