Billing dispute with Properties Bros Corp.

On June 28, 1975, I signed up for Properties Bros Corp.'s repair service at their North Aniyaland, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $604.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gracie Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
