False promises made by The Modern Trade representative

On October 24, 1985, I signed up for The Modern Trade's repair service at their Lake Clint, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $42.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joaquin D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
