I have been a loyal customer of The Vital Physicians Network for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-5375-JRX-8639) on July 4, 2004, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
