Prime Trade failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3660-ECU-8203 placed with Prime Trade on June 21, 1970. I paid $633.55 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Travis Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
