I purchased a account from Prime Trade on March 2, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Michelle W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
