I have been a loyal customer of Smart Haus Nation Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4139-GTC-8950) on December 9, 1970, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
