I want to report a serious concern with Smart Haus Nation Group's equipment that I purchased on October 17, 2017 from your Calliemouth, Rhode Island store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eldora T., but my issue remains unresolved.
