Smart Haus Nation Group refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2207-EXX-7225 placed with Smart Haus Nation Group on February 21, 1993. I paid $483.9 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ike J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
