I want to report a serious concern with Law Counsel, Counsel's package that I purchased on April 22, 1972 from your West Cydney, Michigan store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ursula T., but my issue remains unresolved.
