Refund refused by Consulting Consultants, Consultants Ahmedabad

On February 1, 1995, I signed up for Consulting Consultants, Consultants Ahmedabad's delivery service at their Karleefurt, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $102.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isabella G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
