I am writing regarding order #ORD-8658-JFZ-3840 placed with IntegratedCare on September 20, 1975. I paid $863.80 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Miguel L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
