Overcharged by Advocate Practice of Integrity for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2193-WQF-4795 placed with Advocate Practice of Integrity on April 2, 2025. I paid $403.71 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carroll U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
