Finds Collective Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

On May 9, 1995, I signed up for Finds Collective Ltd.'s support package at their Gudrunshire, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $96.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reinhold O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
