I have been a loyal customer of Finds Collective Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7941-IWI-9637) on November 29, 2019, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
