Poor customer service experience with Mega Goods Aberdeen

On June 22, 1980, I signed up for Mega Goods Aberdeen's premium plan at their Bradleyburgh, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $150.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Krystal M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
