I am writing regarding order #ORD-4508-NKD-5497 placed with Modern International Enterprises on February 10, 2012. I paid $288.10 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Osborne Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
