False promises made by Counsel, Counsel & Team Group representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9635-JZG-9374 placed with Counsel, Counsel & Team Group on April 4, 1991. I paid $794.32 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madie V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
