I want to report a serious concern with Gastro & Provisions Moscow's tool that I purchased on February 4, 2024 from your Hegmanntown, Nevada store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Clementina L., but my issue remains unresolved.
