AITech Studios tech support failed to resolve issue

On April 8, 2020, I signed up for AITech Studios's upgrade service at their Port Thaliamouth, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $695.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vidal V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
