Unsatisfactory resolution from Quality Appetite Group Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2246-ZJJ-7475 placed with Quality Appetite Group Enterprises on October 25, 2010. I paid $728.25 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mckenzie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
