Unsatisfactory resolution from Quality Appetite Group Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7416-ALR-7178 placed with Quality Appetite Group Enterprises on April 3, 1974. I paid $698.9 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Walter S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
