I am writing regarding order #ORD-9138-DOL-9316 placed with The Optimal Remedy Specialists on January 21, 2014. I paid $256.10 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Terrell J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
