I purchased a membership from Smart Shop on January 30, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leopoldo U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
