Overcharged by SelectMart for service

I want to report a serious concern with SelectMart's plan that I purchased on July 27, 1996 from your Port Margueriteshire, Indiana store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ernesto D., but my issue remains unresolved.
