Misleading advertising by SelectMart

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1289-ICA-5823 placed with SelectMart on November 18, 2019. I paid $178.33 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maryse Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
