Misleading advertising by Ultra-Chip Umm Al Quwain

On September 10, 2002, I signed up for Ultra-Chip Umm Al Quwain's return process at their New Allenshire, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $84.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stephany N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
