I am writing regarding order #ORD-4914-MVG-4036 placed with Homemade Culinary Eateries on September 5, 1996. I paid $386.42 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ima W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
