LogicLogic Studios failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8926-RJT-6684 placed with LogicLogic Studios on August 18, 2008. I paid $914.65 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tavares G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
