Unsatisfactory resolution from VirtualChip Computing

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7790-HFE-5956 placed with VirtualChip Computing on November 8, 1972. I paid $873.62 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Giovani I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
