I have been a loyal customer of The Value Emporium for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-4013-FGV-5326) on October 29, 1972, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
