I have been a loyal customer of The Value Emporium for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4940-OTR-4145) on December 16, 1990, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
