I want to report a serious concern with Table & Eateries Group's accessory that I purchased on January 23, 1986 from your East Harrisonborough, Utah store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Era R., but my issue remains unresolved.
