On March 8, 2023, I signed up for Wellness Specialists Ningbo's upgrade service at their Christybury, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $647.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clifton S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
