Solicitor Consultants Ballarat Corp. refused to address issue

On February 2, 2019, I signed up for Solicitor Consultants Ballarat Corp.'s troubleshooting service at their Georgeport, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $62.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abbigail Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
