I have been a loyal customer of Realty of Urban for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-7227-FSB-2499) on May 16, 2010, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
